Four-year-old Shih Tzu, founder, and resident supermodel. Rico approves every set, taste-tests every treat, and has never once missed his good side. If your pet is nervous, he’s living proof that the camera is nothing to be afraid of. (Occasionally upstaged by his unbothered tabby brother, Poko.)

Bio
Evelina started Rico’s Ruff Life after realizing her camera roll was 90% dog. She brings a marketing background and a sharp editing eye to every session, from styling the set to the final retouch. She’s also the one behind the squeaky toy getting that perfect head tilt.
Jessie Magana
Creative Producer & Photographer
Bio
Jessie is the calm in the chaos. As our Creative Producer, she plans every shoot so the day runs smoothly for pets and their people, and she brings nearly a decade of photography to every frame.
Every session is built around your pet’s pace. We start with a sniff-and-settle period so they can explore the space, then work in short bursts with plenty of treats, toys, and breaks. No forced poses and no rushing. Our goal is real personality: the zoomies, the side-eye, the tongue that never goes back in. After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your favorites and order prints, cards, and keepsakes.
Bright, playful, and full of character. We love clean sets, natural light, and a little bit of whimsy, like party hats, holiday props, and the occasional pinecone. Whether it’s a holiday mini, a fresh-from-the-groomer glow-up, or a remembrance keepsake, every image is edited by hand so your pet looks like the main character they already are.
