1. How do I get started?
Click “Start Your Scrapbook” and fill out the short form, then upload your photos. I’ll email you a private gallery link within 24 hours. For the Canva templates, just click “Get the Templates” for instant access.
2. How many photos should I send?
For most books, 20 to 60 photos is perfect. For the Year in Review book, aim for 2 to 5 photos per month. Not sure? Send your favorites and I’ll help you narrow them down.
3. Will photos from my phone work?
Yes! Phone photos print beautifully. Just send the original files rather than screenshots or photos saved from social media, which can print blurry.
4. Do I need a Dropbox or Canva account?
You don’t need a Dropbox account to upload your photos. For the Design Your Own Printable Scrapbook, you’ll need a free Canva account to edit the templates.
5. How long will my order take?
Design Your Own Hardcover: arrives in about 1 week.
Printable Digital Scrapbook: emailed in 3 to 5 business days.
Custom, Year in Review, and Remembrance books: your proof arrives in 3 to 5 business days, and your book arrives about 1 week after you approve it.
Canva templates: instant access.
6. When should I order for the holidays?
For Christmas delivery, order custom and Year in Review books by December 4, Design Your Own Hardcovers by December 14, and Printable Digital Scrapbooks by December 18. Canva templates are available instantly, so they’re perfect for last-minute gifts.
7. Can I see my scrapbook before it's printed?
Always. DIY books show a full preview while you design, and every custom book comes with a digital proof for your approval.
8. Can I make any changes?
Yes. Each custom book includes revisions, and I’ll work with you until you love it.
9. Can you ship directly to a gift recipient?
Yes! Just enter their address at checkout. Year in Review books can also include a gift message on the first page.
10. I'm making a remembrance book. Can I take my time?
Of course. There’s no rush. We’ll go at whatever pace feels right for you, and you can reach out anytime with questions or memories you’d like to include. Feel free to schedule a call to discuss further.
11. Are my photos kept private?
Yes. Your gallery is private and only shared with you. Your photos are used only to create your scrapbook.
12. Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because every scrapbook is made just for you, custom orders can’t be refunded once design has started. If you need to cancel before then, just email me. If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing error, let me know within 14 days and I’ll make it right.
